Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, simply email us at info@withua.ca and we’ll guide you through the process.


Items That Can’t Be Returned

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Any products excluded under our return policy will be noted on product pages and / or at checkout.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with an update.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help with a replacement.

Just email info@withua.ca  with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.
