Order Processing
We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible!
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
During busy periods, processing may take a little longer—but if there’s a significant delay, we’ll always let you know.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Estimated delivery times:

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking usually becomes active within 24–48 hours, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs & Import Fees (U.S. Orders)
For orders shipped from Canada to the U.S., additional customs duties or import fees may apply.
These fees are determined by U.S. customs and are the customer’s responsibility.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
While we’re not responsible for carrier delays, we’re always happy to help.
If your order arrives damaged:
